Payment Policies

When you reserve a tour, we require a credit card for security purposes only. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED WHEN YOU MAKE A RESERVATION. A Check for the FULL AMOUNT must arrive at our office within 10 (ten) days of receiving a confirmation email from us. The confirmation email (which you will receive within 2 business days of your online reservation) will contain the total amount due, including any mileage fees.

If we do not receive your check for the full amount within 10 days, we will charge your credit card for the full amount, plus a 3% credit card processing fee.

Please make checks payable to: Fruitful Vine LLC, and include your tour date on the memo line.

Cancellation Policy

Group Tours: there will be NO REFUND if cancelled less than 30 DAYS in advance. If cancelled more than 30 days in advance a 90% refund will be given.

HOP-ON TOURS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Discounts

5% discount for booking online
10% discount for Group Tours Monday - Thursday

Agreement

Entered into between Fruitful Vine LLC (FV) and guest (group leader and whole group):

1. Overage fee: $75 per half hour past scheduled drop off time
2. Vomit fee: $100 per incident
3. Spill fee: $10 per incident
4. Glass Breakage fee: $10 per glass
5. Abuse of equipment: replacement of any equipment (tv, dvd, stereo, etc.) broken by guest
6. Disorderly conduct: FV reserves the right to end charter immediately in the event of fights, excessive drunkenness, or any other conduct determined disorderly by driver
7. Additional fees will be paid in CASH at time of drop off or charged to credit card on file
8. Absolutely no alcohol will be brought on or consumed in any FV vehicle unless purchased from a winery while on tour.
9. Guests will not hold Fruitful Vine responsible for decisions or actions of any guests during or after charter

Time starts when you are picked up.
